Wild-caught fish is good to have 1-2x per week also.
7. No gluten, wheat,
soy, nuts, or dairy (besides plain kefir and plain greek yogurt)

Besides fruit, have . cup of root vegetables such as sweet
potatoes, yams, or beets, or . cup of rice for carbs.
